Keepsafe — Privacy Policy

Privacy policy

Keepsafe does not collect any data.

No account. Keepsafe never asks you to sign up or log in.
No servers. The app has no backend. Nothing you enter, scan or photograph is sent to the developer or to any third party.
On-device processing. Receipt text recognition runs entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework.
Your iCloud, your data. If iCloud sync is on, your items and receipt images are stored in your own private iCloud database and iCloud Drive container, which only you can access and which the developer cannot read. You can turn sync off in Settings.
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. The app contains no analytics SDKs, ad networks or trackers.
Notifications are scheduled locally on your device.
Camera and Photos access is used only to capture or import receipts you choose. Face ID is used only to lock the app if you enable it.
Export and deletion. You can export all of your data as CSV or ZIP from Settings → Backup & Export at any time. Deleting the app deletes its data on that device; data in your iCloud can be removed by deleting items in the app or by managing iCloud storage in iOS Settings.

Because Keepsafe collects nothing, there is nothing to sell, share or request. If this policy ever changes, the change will be listed here and in the app's release notes.
